Meat and Wine Company, London. Completed 2008. As a way of containing the ‘cellars’ within the restaurant, these cool towers of glass keep the wine at just the right temperature and enable the client to stack plenty of stock in a very accessible way.

Meat And Wine Company, Westfield, London. Completed in 2008. The display of lighting and wine storage is a theme that runs throughout the seating area. This tower is located at the entrance and makes a dramatic impact on both ground and first floors.
